Bivråkens China Girl (Amy) is
a workingspringer (!) that I took to my heart when my husband who is the
breeder of her, bought her back from the former owner. The reason for me
to take her was that I didn't have any working dog to train at the moment.
Secondly I have always been in love in her mother, Swallolaw Dove, a
small springerbitch with a very intensive and stylish way to work.
Amy and me on
field trials
 In
the early summer 2004 Amy passed the water-test, which is compulsory tor
entering field trials. In the autumn we start to train seriously with the
field work but I had the feeling that needed to mature. I didn't want to
start her on the field trials as these come rather early in the season in
Sweden. I waited for the Derby in November (a field trial for young dogs
up to 24 months of age). Sixteen dogs entered the field trial which was
judged by Mr Malcolm Taylor from UK. We
ended up with a certificate
of merit and both of us were very proud .
